In the
Session Key section, enter your Session Key, then click
Submit.
If you HAVE NOT been provided a Session Key:
In the
Issue Submission section, select
General Computer Question, enter your name and describe your issue, then click
Submit. You will be placed in a queue, and the next available CIT support person will connect with you.
